Melita Dedden director and designer of Den Studios is first and foremost a mum of two and a textile based surface designer from the NSW South Coast. Her creative journey is fuelled by a love for bold, organic shapes and the allure of perfectly imperfect, eye-catching designs.

Den Studios came into being quite serendipitously. It all started when a friend, who happens to own a thriving Australian kids' wear label, envisioned taking her brand to the next level by incorporating custom-printed fabrics into her designs. Together, we embarked on a collaborative journey, creating a few pieces that were met with an overwhelming response. Not long after, other brands and creatives started to approach me, keen to collaborate.

Fast forward four years, and Den Studios has become a hub for collaboration and creativity, having partnered with esteemed brands like By Billie, The Wholesome Store, Chekoh, and SUNNYLiFE, among others.
